Here is what I know:
Figure 30-6 on page 608 of Fundamentals book has similar to what we are supposed to do. Don't spend more than 1 hour on this homework. It is replacing the class hour we missed last week. I am not sure if it will be graded, but I doubt it. I think you either did it or you didn't.
The topic is supposed to be "Stress". So I think we put "stress" in for the green box, with our own assessment (say - anxiety, lack of sleep, nervousness, etc)It doesn't have to be about school.
Then we put those assessement in the purple box for the Nursing Diagnosis (...r/t...amb....)and if they are related to each other then they have the dashed line. It seems to me that they are all related. Related to the med rx "Stress" . So maybe if you have no stress, you have some now trying to do this homework. LOL groan..... I hope I explained it right, but I am really not absolutely sure.
