Which week did you start clinicals?
When do you preform the physical assessment that is graded?
And please tell me about the second week of N4 (last week).

Lisa hey there...we started clinicals the thursday of the same week school starts but it is like an orientation day. The second week of n4 you have one patient then the third week you have two..and in our clinical w/dennison you have to do ALL meds on one and only parenterals on the other with one sheet due a week. The phys assesment is due the 4th week I think it is, depends on your instructor...you guys need to get reading...its been a tough couple weeks :(..but we are hangin in there, how you guys doing? Also...we have lots of CD's with very helpful stuff on it, given by semester ahead of us..we will be sure you all get copies.

Can you also tell me what the first exam is on? Which body system is lecture focused on these first couple weeks?

HUGE hint...the tests of dennison are all NCLEX type q's. The first test is resp, second is immunity/hematology. Study the patho, and know the specific diseases with their nursing interventions...use Bonnie's q's that she puts up...alot of the test q's are exactly the same format like those.
