Well..
When you open the "New Post" window, next to the Spell Check button, there's a button with a mountain and sky.
Click it...it will open a new Picture posting window.
This will allow you to search for a pic from your computer or from an online hosting site.

If you want a pic of yourself for each post...(in the corner of your post)
1. First must resize a picture to about 100x100 pixels.
2. Then upload the pic to a image hosting site, I use www.photobucket.com
3. Go to "Edit Profile"
4. Get the url of the uploaded picture and paste it into your profile at the "photograph" spot.
5. This will automatically post your pic each time you post.
